Macaroni & Cheese

Homemade Macaroni and Cheese




Ingredients
     1lb. of Elbow Pasta
     1 Stick of Butter
     A Chopped Small Onion
     6 Tablespoons of Flour
     4 Cups of Milk
     4 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
     1 Tablespoon of Dry Mustard
     1/2 Teaspoon of Salt and Pepper Mix
     Bread Crumbs
      


Directions
     Cook the 1pound of elbows
     Then melt the Butter with the Chopped onion then add the flour until its bubble.
     Next add the Milk and bring to a boil and then add the Cheddar cheese
     Then add both the Dry Mustard and the Salt and Pepper Mix
     Then pour all of it into a 13 by 9 pan and cover the top with bread Crumbs
     Finally bake it at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
