Chicken and Tofu
This is a very simple and healthy dish that is easy to make. Give it a try!
Ingredients
Organic tofu (preferably organic because its firmer)
Bell peppers
Onions
Chicken
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
3 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee oyster flavored sauce
Direction
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar. Then add in peppers, chicken and onion to the mixture. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
-Heat up pan
-Add oil
-Cook and stir the chicken until thoroughly cooked. (about 5 minutes till chicken is no longer pink)
-Add in peppers and onions. Cook and stir for another 5 minutes
-Lastly, mix tofu and oyster sauce and toss it around till thoroughly mixed
Serve and enjoy!
