Gina
I’m of Chinese background but born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. Growing up, Chinese food was mainly all I eat because my grandma is the one who cooks for the entire family. She makes a lot of traditional dishes and they’re all pretty simple to make. In addition, I eat out a lot as well so I will also attempt to recreate the dish at home from what I’ve tried at restaurants. I will share all I know about Chinese food and drinks with all of you and hopefully you guys will enjoy Chinese food as much as I do.

Learning to cook is a wonderful attribute and I hope I can inspire you to want to learn through some fabulous recipes.

I’m originally from Paraguay and I have been living in Boston for over five years. Being away from home, made me realize how much I miss the food and flavors from my country. I enjoy cooking but I particularly enjoy eating Paraguayan food because it helps me reconnect with my culture. Cosmopolitan Foodies will give me the opportunity to share with you some of my favorites Paraguayan and South American recipes. I hope you try the recipes but most importantly, I hope you have fun in the process of exploring the food from a different culture.
