Ham & Cheese Empanadas



Empanadas are very popular in South America and really easy to make.
The amount of ingredients used will depend on how many empanadas you want to make. 

What you need
Ham (sliced or cubes) 
Cheese (shredded or mozzarella cut in cubes)
Goya empanada discs
1 Egg
Peas (optional)



Directions 



Before you put your empanadas in the oven, brush each of them with the beaten egg. 



Finally, bake them at 400° F for about 18 to 20 min.
