Crêpes

Is an easy and fast recipe to make. We often do crepes while having friend at home for dinner. It is convenient, fast, inexpensive and fun! How do we make Crêpes?

Crêpes are made by pouring a thin liquid batter onto a hot frying pan or flat circular hot plate, often with a trace of butter on the pan's surface. The batter is spread evenly over the cooking surface of the pan or plate either by tilting the pan or by distributing the batter with an offset spatula.
Common savory fillings for crêpes served for lunch or dinner are cheese, ham, eggs, mushrooms.
When sweet crepes can be filled and topped with various sweet toppings, including Nutella spread, preserves, sugar (granulated or powdered), ice cream, lemon juice, whipped cream, fruit spreads, custard, slices of fruit and melted chocolate.
My favorite filling for sweet one is lemon juice and sugar.

What do we need to realize this recipe ?

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter melted
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together with an electric mixer. Beat in flour mixture until smooth; stir in melted butter.Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 2 tablespoons for each crepe. Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
